Charles & Ray Eames Poster $40

Over their 30+ year career Charles and Ray designed some of the most iconic, manufactured and knocked off furniture products of the century. Since that time their work has become as timeless as it is ubiquitous. And fans of their work all have a story of appreciation and discovery. Maybe it was the chairs “salvaged" from the school library, the garage sale find of a lifetime, or a parent’s design taste you didn’t appreciate until adulthood; the stories are everywhere.

The Charles and Ray Eames poster I designed features a 13 piece chronology of their most iconic works along with a timeline of their lives together. In creating this poster I hope that it’s owners would reflect upon the Eameses productivity and the length of their career, but it is finite nonetheless.
